Idaho, New York Vie to Become Third-Largest Dairy State

There’s still no shortage of global milk supply. USDA’s latest Milk Production Report shows production per cow in the top producing states hit its highest point since the report started back in 2003. Now Idaho and New York are vying to for the number three spot, behind top dairy states Wisconsin and California.
