Rabobank Groep’s Emmanuel Durand, who heads mergers and acquisitions for the Americas, will leave after 13 years at the company.
David Bassett will perform Durand’s duties on an interim basis, Roelina Bolding, a spokeswoman for Utrecht, Netherlands-based Rabobank, said in an e-mailed response to questions today.
Bassett was appointed chief of wholesale food, beverage, agribusiness and mergers & acquisitions in the U.S., Canada and Mexico on July 1.
