The Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin plans to put together the custom cheese board inside a life-size, digitally fabricated barn on August 1 at Concerts on the Square.
The cheese board will be more than 200 square-feet featuring two tons of Wisconsin cheese products. The public will be able to physically enter the barn to see the products in person.
Coordinators say the display will be set up at the corner of Main and King Street. Official Guinness judging will take place around 5:00 p.m.
Meanwhile, the first 2,000 people to come by and check out the cheese display will receive a personal curated to-go cheeseboard.
All of the cheese from the event will then be donated to the Second Harvest Foodbank.
