David Inall is the new chief executive officer of Australia’s peak advocacy group for dairy farmers, Australian Dairy Farmers (ADF).
Mr Inall commenced his policy career with the NSW Dairy Farmers’ Association and has also been a chief executive officer with the Cattle Council of Australia and Livestock Export Manager (Asia & Australia) for Meat & Livestock Australia/Livecorp.
He has worked for the past four years as the senior vice-president of United Egg Producers in the United States.
ADF said Mr Inall had a strong background working with industry and government on strategic policy matters, including animal welfare and sustainability.
ADF interim CEO John McQueen, who took on the role as a short-term replacement, will continue in the position until Mr Inall starts in early July.
