Deborah will return to New Zealand from Bonn, Germany where she is currently the Global Head of Human Resources for Deutsche Post DHL Group.
She is a seasoned global HR leader with a successful track-record in partnering with the business to deliver solutions to build global talent and capability.
Fonterra CEO Miles Hurrell says, “Deborah’s experience will be invaluable for Fonterra. She’s a proud New Zealander and our Co-op will benefit immensely from her extensive HR experience in large and complex global businesses.”
Deborah will join Fonterra on 1 February 2019.
